Dental insurance can sometimes be confusing, but you don’t have to figure it out alone. We participate with several insurance plans, and our team is happy to help answer questions about your coverage and what to expect when you visit us.

Dental Insurance Plans

Yost Family Dentistry participates with a number of dental insurance plans, including:

Anthem BCBS: Complete, 300, FEP, PPO Plus
Principal
Delta Dental Premier
Cigna: PPO Total only
United Concordia
Ameritas Plus and Group Plan

We also accept insurance plans that allow out-of-network benefits.

Please note that we do not accept Medicaid.
